This is a fun post revealing how to photograph moving liquid. First, get lots of plastic sheeting to cover equipment and have a large tray or bucket to catch whatever you choose to throw around. Next, throw the liquid high into the air using any type of vessel available to hand. Two plastic cups worked best for us!
We captured these shots using Elinchrom studio flash and had many attempts to get this right. For some unknown reason we gained an encouraging audience!
Huge thanks goes to Neil and his team at Fitzpatrick Design for their assistance and for eventual mopping up.
With your help we totally nailed it!
