During the summer months I photographed the team at Dennis Crooks of Whitby. I was asked to creatively photograph their business allowing customers to see images of a fish merchant in action. The team meticulously prepare all fish and seafood by hand to a customers individual requirements. The photography took several visits to complete with early mornings and late evenings – all needed to capture the full atmosphere of the day in the life of a fish merchant.
